SaaS
Veriam understands that not every client subscribes to the managed services model. For select clients, we make our technology infrastructure available to allow the client to leverage our technology platform on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, operated by their own internal personnel to manage and execute the processes.
Software License Management
Our SLM platform can integrate with a variety of ITAM products, software distribution products, and autodiscovery tools, whether they are in-house or 3rd party apps. For customers who wish to install an SLM solution and operate it using in-house resources, Veriam can deliver the SLM platform that is the core of our Software License Management managed service, along with the training and process documentation to permit customers to manage the system in-house. Alternatively, Veriam can provide a limited amount of operational oversight and reporting for added peace of mind.
IT Asset Management
Veriam’s IT Asset Management system is an excellent tool with which a client can perform value-focused IT Asset Management. Under an SaaS model, Veriam can assist with identifying the key value targets, designing the program, and initiating the system. The technology platform will be the same solution that we use for our IT Asset Management managed service. Once configured, the client can then operate the system on a day-to-day basis, either with or without Veriam oversight.
Software Request Management
Our Software Request Portal can provide easy access to software applications through a web-based request, authorization, and distribution scheduling tool. The platform can integrate with any software distribution tool (e.g. Altiris, SMS, etc.) to provide a full service capability.
